    ALGIERS (Reuters) - Algerian lawmakers passed constitutional reforms on Sunday proposed by President Abdelaziz Bouteflika after the 2011 "Arab Spring" uprisings, including reinstating a two-term limit for the presidency and boosting parliamentary powers.
